Yalong S series horizontal glass washing machine is mainly designed for cleaning and drying of solar photovoltaic glass with length/width from 300 to 1300mm and thickness from 2 to 6mm. This solar glass washing machine adopts PLC system to ensure reliable performance, and allows easy operations thanks to its touch screen which enables automatic adjustment of working width and work speed to suit the solar glass size. The washing speed of this glass washing machine is up to 15m/min.

     1. The water tanks in the washing section are equipped with the float switch which performs automatic power off when the liquid level is too low.

     1. Pre washing section is equipped with upper disc brushes whose rotations are driven by the timing belt, performing reciprocating moves.
     

     2. Upper separators are adopted to separate air knives and prevent cross water contamination in tanks.
     

     3. The washing section is built with four water pumps on the outlet of which precise bag filters are mounted. Four pairs of brushes are used to clean glass surfaces with higher efficiency.
